Tools & Tackles. 6.1 The tenderer shall safely maintain boards’ tools & tackles including chain pulley block along with all types of spanners, etc. for carrying out the work as per the requirement / direction by the Engineer in charge of Lines. Any damage to boards Tools & tackles shall be replaced by the tenderer. 6.2 Site in-charge shall be provided with cell phones for easy communication. 7. PENALTY 7.1 Liquidated damages for outage of power supply. The delay in attending break downs beyond the lead time as per the clause 1.4 for rectification shall be compensated by the tenderer. The compensation will be Rs. 2000/- per hour. 7.2 In case of failure to attend the major break downs, with in the time frame stipulated above, TANTRANSCO reserves the right to get the work done any other agency and any additional expenditure incurred on this account shall be recovered from the tenderer’s bill.

Tools & Tackles. The vendor has to arrange at his own cost various tools & tackles for carrying out day to day maintenance activities of the contract .The list includes hand operated air blower, copper tube flaring kit with spare ferrule, hydraulic/spring operated swaging plier, hacksaw, pipe ▇▇▇▇▇▇, etc.., instruments(such as clamp meter/tongue tester, Insulation Resistance Meter, millimeter, temperature Meter/ indicator etc.), Blow lamp and vacuum pump, Pressure gauge/indicator, any specialized tool/equipment etc. required for the job . The tentative list of tools & tackles are enclosed at Annexure-E. However welding set, gas cutting set(Oxygen & DA gas), Synthetic enamel/epoxy paint and ladder etc. required during execution of any job inside the plant will be supplied by NALCO on free issue (vide Annexure-D for list of FIMs) basis, subject to availability.

  • Tools (a) The Employer shall provide on all construction jobs, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested by the Employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing Employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the Employer shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for Employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of Employees. (b) Where an Employee is absent from work because of illness or accident the Employer shall ensure that the Employee’s tools are securely stored during their absence.

  • OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY Contractor represents and warrants, as previously certified in Contractor’s Bidder’s Certification, that Contractor has the operational and financial capability to perform the Contract.
