Tracking Technologies. Customer acknowledges that in connection with the performance of the Services, ahoy! employs the use of cookies, unique identifiers, web beacons and similar tracking technologies (“Tracking Technologies”). Customer will maintain appropriate notice, consent, opt-in and opt-out mechanisms as are required by Data Protection Laws to enable ahoy! to deploy Tracking Technologies lawfully on, and collect data from, the devices of Subscribers in accordance with and as described in the ahoy! Privacy Policy.

Tracking Technologies. The Client acknowledges that in connection with the performance of the Services, ANALEC employs the use of cookies, unique identifiers, web beacons and similar tracking technologies ("Tracking Technologies"). The Client shall maintain appropriate notice, consent, opt-in and opt- out mechanisms as are required by Data Protection Laws to enable ANALEC to deploy Tracking Technologies lawfully on, and collect data from, the devices of panelist in accordance with and as described in the ANALEC Cookie Statement.

Customer shall maintain appropriate notice, consent, opt­in and opt­out mechanisms as are required by Data Protection Laws to enable truelogic to deploy Tracking Technologies lawfully on, and collect data from, the devices of Recipients.

Customer shall maintain appropriate notice, consent, opt-in, and opt-out mechanisms as are required by Data Protection Laws to enable TRUCE to deploy Tracking Technologies lawfully on, and collect data from, the devices of End Users in accordance with and as described in the TRUCE Privacy Policy (which is available on TRUCE’s website).

IBM does so to gather usage statistics and information about effectiveness of our Cloud Services to improve user experience and/or tailor interactions with you. You confirm that you will obtain or have obtained consent to allow IBM to process the collected personal information for the above purpose within IBM, other IBM companies and their subcontractors, wherever we and our subcontractors do business, in compliance with applicable law. IBM will comply with requests from your employees and contractors to access, update, correct or delete their collected personal information.

Tracking Technologies. The Customer acknowledges that in connection with the performance of the Service, Jumplead employs the use of cookies, unique identifiers, web beacons and similar tracking technologies ("Tracking Technologies"). The Customer must maintain appropriate notices, consent, opt-in and opt-out mechanisms as required by Data Protection Laws to enable Jumplead to deploy Tracking Technologies lawfully on, and collect data from, the devices of Subscribers (as defined in Annex A) in accordance with and as described in the Jumplead Cookie Statement (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) from time to time.
