TRAFFIC DOCUMENTS. The Supplier shall procure that the Carrier shall supply or procure the supply of passenger tickets, baggage checks, air waybills and all other necessary documents relating to the carriage undertaken pursuant to this Agreement and the Charterer shall give to the Supplier all necessary information and assistance to complete such documents as soon as possible after the making of this Agreement and, in any event, in sufficient time to be completed for issue to passengers.
TRAFFIC DOCUMENTS. 5.1. Traffic Documents concerning the Customer and luggage will be the responsibility of the Carrier in accordance with its own rules, and communicated to the Customer at the latest the day before departure. However, the Customer must provide, within the time specified by the Carrier, any documents or information required for their establishment.
5.2. The Client is, for its part, solely responsible for obtaining all appropriate documents (visa) allowing him to travel in accordance with the Service ordered.
TRAFFIC DOCUMENTS. The Carrier shall be responsible for supplying or procuring the supply of air waybills and all other necessary documents relating to the carriage of the Cargo and the Charterer shall give to the Carrier all necessary information and assistance to complete such documents as soon as possible after the making of this Agreement and, in any event, in sufficient time to be completed for issue to consignors.
TRAFFIC DOCUMENTS. 4.1. The Carrier shall supply or procure the supply of passenger tickets, baggage checks, air waybills and all other necessary documents relating to the carriage undertaken pursuant to this Agreement as required by the Carrier and all applicable laws, regulations, treaties and directives. The Charterer shall give to the Carrier all necessary information and assistance to complete all advanced passenger information and any other necessary documents as soon as possible prior to each Flight.
4.2. Carriage performed under this Agreement shall be subject to the conditions of carriage contained or referred to in the traffic documents of the Carrier including its General Conditions of Carriage.
4.3. The Charterer shall procure that the Carrier’s General Conditions of Carriage (available on its website) are included in all contracts with any passengers, sub-charterers, freight forwarders or shippers in respect of any Flights.
4.4. The Charterer shall ensure that all passengers hold and have any passport, visa or other travel document necessary for entry into the destination of the relevant Flight and transit through any intermediate country.
TRAFFIC DOCUMENTS. 1. Carriage performed under this Agreement shall be subject to the conditions of carriage contained or referred to in the traffic documents of SIA Cargo including the airway ▇▇▇▇ and the general conditions of carriage.

The airline shall provide free of charge and the GSA shall acknowledge receipt, of all of the Airline’s transportation documents, material, and Airway bills required by the GSA for the purpose of fulfilling its commitments under terms and conditions of this Agreement, provided that: Such documents, material, and airway bills, shall remain the property of the Airline Such documents, material, and airway bills, shall appropriately issued by the GSA, to transact business in accordance with this Agreement. The GSA shall at all reasonable times permit, without prior notification, any authorized official of the Airline to inspect, examine, and audit the stock of the Airline’s transportation documents, material, and airway bills held by the GSA. The GSA shall be responsible on the termination of this Agreement, for the return to the Airline within a reasonable period, of all the Airline’s transportation documents, materials, and airway bills held by the GSA or supplied by the Airline to the GSA. The GSA shall safeguard such documents against theft at all times they are in the GSA’ s custody, in accordance with the standards required to be attained by IATA Accredited Agents in the Territory.

TRAFFIC DOCUMENTS. All KR documents required by the GSA in connection with the sales of transportation herein shall be supplied by the Principal, provided always that:
1. such documents shall remain the property of the Principal;
2. the GSA shall at all reasonable times permit any authorized official of the Principal to inspect and check the stock of such documents held by the GSA;
3. the GSA shall be responsible on the termination of this Agreement, for the return to the Principal, within a reasonable period, of all the Principal’s Traffic Documents held by the GSA or supplied by the Principal to the GSA and held by appointed Passenger Sales Agents in the Territory, and for accounting for any documents which may be found subsequently, to be unreturned or unreported;
4. The GSA shall safeguard such documents against theft at all times they are in the GSA’s custody. The GSA shall be responsible for the custody care and proper use of such documents and for the loss or damage sustained by the principal arising from any theft, misappropriation, loss or improper use thereof.
TRAFFIC DOCUMENTS. 4.1 AAJ will, so far as possible, issue or arrange for the issue and completion of the Air Waybills and Flight Itineraries, but Charterer will be responsible for the delivery of those documents and the accuracy of all statements made on and in relation to those Flight Itineraries and Air Waybills. Charterer will be bound by the terms of Flight Itineraries, baggage checks and Air Waybills issued in connection with Charter Flights. All Air Waybills, Flight Itineraries and baggage checks to be issued under this Agreement will be delivered as soon in advance of the relevant Charter Flight as possible duly completed and in any event so as to give all interested parties a reasonable time in which to read and appreciate them.
4.2 Charterer agrees that neither Charterer nor any person to whom Charterer makes seats or space available on the Aircraft will overbook any Charter Flight.
