Training and Professional Development. 18.1 The TAFE Commission confirms a commitment to training and development for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ College Employees. The Employees recognise their obligation to maintain and update skills. 18.2 The Director shall, following consultation with the Employees, develop a training plan for the College which will take into account the individual training needs of Teachers as identified by the annual review as provided for by subclause 17.1.
