The TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS clause establishes requirements for evaluating whether training provided under the agreement achieves its intended outcomes. Typically, this clause outlines methods for assessing participant learning, such as post-training assessments, feedback surveys, or performance metrics, and may specify benchmarks or reporting obligations. Its core function is to ensure that training investments deliver measurable value and to provide a basis for addressing deficiencies if the training does not meet agreed standards.
Training Effectiveness. At the end of each training session, the vendor shall measure the effectiveness of the training session against the session’s stated goals and objectives. The vendor shall identify the process that will be implemented to measure training effectiveness. Typical ways to measure training effectiveness could include post-training quizzes, one-to- one discussions with participants, surveys, and/or participant case studies.
