Training Effectiveness Clause Samples
The TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS clause establishes requirements for evaluating whether training provided under the agreement achieves its intended outcomes. Typically, this clause outlines methods for assessing participant learning, such as post-training assessments, feedback surveys, or performance metrics, and may specify benchmarks or reporting obligations. Its core function is to ensure that training investments deliver measurable value and to provide a basis for addressing deficiencies if the training does not meet agreed standards.
