Training Requirements for Basic Salary Adjustment for the Teachers who have Opted Out of the Salary Schedule Conversion for the 2015-16 School Year: Training Level Description BA A Bachelor’s Degree issued by an institution approved by the North Central Association or an equivalent regional accrediting association. Exceptions to accreditation will be granted only with the approval of the Director of HR. BA + 15 15 Quarter Hours or 10 Semester Hours. Placement will be authorized with the approval of the Director of Human Resources. Prior approval of the training program is strongly recommended. BA + 30 30 Quarter Hours or 20 Semester Hours. Exceptions to accreditation will be granted only with the approval of the Director of Human Resources. BA+30; BA+45 30 Quarter Hours or 20 Semester Hours. Placement will be authorized with the approval of the Director of Human Resources. Prior approval of the training program is strongly recommended. MA; MA+15 A Master’s Degree issued by an institution approved by the North Central Association or an equivalent regional accrediting association MA+30; MA+45 A Master’s Degree plus 30 Quarter Hours or 20 Semester Hours.* Placement will be authorized with the approval of the Director of Human Resources. Related to Training Requirements for Basic Salary Adjustment

  • Salary Adjustment The salary of an employee returning from uncompensated leave shall be adjusted to reflect all non-discretionary increases distributed during the period of leave. While on such leave, an employee shall be eligible to participate in any special salary incentive programs.

  • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salary.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of Employees covered by this Agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix B which is attached to and incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule.

  • SALARY STEP PLAN AND SALARY ADJUSTMENTS Appointments to positions in the City and County service shall be at the entrance rate established for the position except as otherwise provided herein.
