TRANSFER OF THIS CONTRACT. (A) ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may transfer this Contract to another broker when ▇▇▇▇▇▇ stops doing business, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ forms a new real 82 estate business, OR ▇▇▇▇▇▇ joins his business with another.

TRANSFER OF THIS CONTRACT. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ may transfer this Contract to someone else. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ may transfer its rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ will always tell the Resident in writing if this happens and will ensure that the transfer will not affect the Resident’s rights under the Contract. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ will give at least one (1) months’ notice of any proposed change.

Seller will follow all requirements of this Contract with the new broker. B. Should Seller give or transfer the Property, or an ownership interest in it, to anyone during the term of this Contract, all owners will follow the requirements of this Contract.

TRANSFER OF THIS CONTRACT. (a) We may assign or novate our rights and obligations under this contract to another retailer at any time: (i) by notice to you and without your consent, if: (A) that retailer is a related body corporate of AGL; or (B) that assignment or novation forms part of the transfer of all or a substantial part of our retail business to that other retailer; or (ii) if you agree to that assignment or novation. (b) Unless we otherwise agree, you cannot assign or novate your rights and obligations under this contract to any third party.

TRANSFER OF THIS CONTRACT. After two years from the start date of this contract, if Centurion offers you a transfer of assignment back in Calgary, this contract will be null and void and your original contract based out of Calgary will be in effect notwithstanding Article 9 of this contract. If you agree with the foregoing, you can accept the offer by signing this letter where indicated and returning it to me, in which case this letter will form a binding contract for foreign assignment between you and Centurion Yours truly, CENTURION ENERGY INTERNATIONAL INC. ▇▇▇▇ ▇. TRANSFER OF THIS CONTRACT. The transfer of rights and obligations under this contract requires a registrar agreement to exist, so that transfer is not possible without the prior written consent of the Registry. The Registry shall not refuse such consent without good and valid reason, in particular where the requirements under the registrar agreement are met. This will not affect a change of registrar in relation to individual domain names.
