Transfer Outside of Bargaining Unit. 18 If a Nurse transfers to other employment in the District, in a job 19 classification not covered by this Agreement without a break in 20 continuity of employment by the District, s/he will retain for use, sick 21 leave hours accumulated under this Agreement at the time of 22 transfer.
