Transition to Service Management Manual. If and to the extent the Policy and Procedures Manual is superseded by the Service Management Manual, Supplier shall comply with the Service Management Manual and cooperate with VITA and its designee(s) in its maintenance and development. Until such time as the Service Management Manual shall have superseded the Policy and Procedures Manual in accordance with the foregoing and unless otherwise provided, or the context shall otherwise require, references in this Agreement to the Service Management Manual shall be deemed references to the Policy and Procedures Manual.
