Trash/Debris. Trash and debris can accumulate in the upper area after large events, or from illegal dumping. Over time, this material can clog the SFB filter media and outlet works.

Trash/Debris. Tenant and its employees shall contain trash, debris or recyclable materials generated by Tenant, its employees and invitees in a Landlord approved type of receptacle. If Tenant consistently overloads such receptacles, Landlord has the right to remove any excess and provide any required locking device, acceptable to such vendor, to reduce the possibility of space does not have such an enclosure, then out of the way of common drives or other traffic areas.
Trash/Debris. Trash disposal is the responsibility of the Guest. Immediately following the event, please have your Clean-up Committee take a few minutes to walk all the areas of the buildings and property that have been utilized for the event and pick-up any refuse that may have been dropped or blown around. This trash may be placed - without overflowing - into the dumpster provided. For excess trash, contact Owner.

  • DEBRIS Contractor shall be responsible for the prompt removal of all debris which is a result of this contractual service.

  • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors or ventilating ducts or shafts, of the Building. All trash and refuse shall be placed in receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building or by Tenant for the Premises.

  • Trash Disposal Tenant shall provide trash bins or other adequate garbage disposal facilities within the trash enclosure areas provided or permitted by Landlord outside the Leased Premises sufficient for the interim disposal of all of its trash, garbage and waste. All such trash, garbage and waste temporarily stored in such areas shall be stored in such a manner so that it is not visible from outside of such areas, and Tenant shall cause such trash, garbage and waste to be regularly removed from the Property. Tenant shall keep the Leased Premises and the Outside Areas in a clean, safe and neat condition free and clear of all of Tenant's trash, garbage, waste and/or boxes, pallets and containers containing same at all times.

  • Rubbish Please note that the blue top bin is for recycling and all other rubbish should be placed in black bin liners in the other bin for collection. Bins should be put out on Sunday evenings for an early Monday morning collection. Any bin that has not been put out will be the responsibility of the Guest to dispose of the rubbish. The Council will not collect any loose rubbish that is not inside a black bin liner. See above note re dog mess and nappies.

  • Garbage The Concessionaire will contract with and make payment directly to the provider.
