Maintenance Access. Landlord shall have unrestricted access to any and all air-conditioning facilities in the Leased Premises for the purpose of repairs, maintenance, alterations, and improvements, but in exercising its rights under this subsection Landlord shall use its best efforts to minimize interference with Tenant’s business in the Leased Premises.

Maintenance Access. Regular maintenance is crucial to the long-term effectiveness of stormwater management systems. Such systems must be designed to permit personnel and equipment access and to accommodate regular maintenance activities. For example, high maintenance features such as inlets, outlets, and pumps should be easily accessible to maintenance equipment and personnel. Legal authorization, such as an easement, deed restrictions, or other instrument must be provided establishing a right-of-way or access for maintenance of the stormwater management system unless the operation and maintenance entity wholly owns or retains ownership of the property. The following are requirements for specific types of maintenance access easements:
(a) Easements must cover at least the primary and high maintenance components of the system (i.e., inlets, outlets, littoral zones, filters, pumps, etc.).
(b) Easements for waterbodies, open conveyance systems, stormwater basins and storage areas must meet the following requirements:
1. Include the area of the water surface measured at the control elevation; and
2. Be a minimum of 20 feet from the edge of water at the control elevation or top of bank and include side slopes no steeper than 4H:1V.
(c) Easements adjacent to water control structures must be a minimum of 20 feet wide.
(d) Easements for piped stormwater conveyance must be a minimum of the width of the pipe plus 4 times the depth of the pipe invert.
(e) Access easements must be 20 feet wide from a public road or public right-of-way to the stormwater management system.
(f) As an alternative, the applicant may propose other authorization for maintenance access provided the applicant affirmatively demonstrates that equipment can enter and perform the necessary maintenance on the system.
Maintenance Access. The City shall at all reasonable times have access to the property supplied with water from the System for the purpose of examining the facilities and apparatus to ascertain the water use, quantity, manner of use, or any related information.

Maintenance Access. The 2.5m wide maintenance access is constructed to link up Lantau Trail and the check dam for future maintenance purpose. Drawing No. 51802/TUN/1101B showing the layout plan and schedule of landscape works is enclosed in Appendix I.
Maintenance Access. The Town shall use access points from the Town’s Apex West Greenway and the Town’s greenway system. The County may grant access from the American Tobacco Trail upon the Town’s request, provided the request is made in writing and does not unreasonably interfere with use of the American Tobacco Trail.

Note: If the Contractor proposes Option 1 and fails test 1 of section 4.3.1 and is forced to install a maintenance platform, i.e. Option 2 or even Option 3, all additional costs involved is for the Contractor. Since the entire horizontal cross sectional area of the cooling tower is covered in modular fill, no handrails and kick plates are required. In the case where open grid floor panels (option 2 & 3) are used, the minimum width is 600 mm. If required, floor material is either stainless steel or GRP and shall have an open structure allowing free flow of water and air and incorporate slip resistant features. If applicable, individual floor panels are positively fixed to the support structure (option 3) to eliminate the possibility of the panels slipping off support beams. As a minimum the floor platform should cover the following areas: On both sides of every distribution pipe for the full length of each pipe. Around the inside perimeter of the shell. The Contractor shall demonstrate the suitability of the proposed option by the test as detailed Section 4.3.1.
Maintenance Access. At the request of the Resort, the Seasonal is responsible to hire or personally remove their RV and personal property from the site for maintenance or renovation access. MGEN shall provide "Maintenance Access" 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, designed to provide FNIS with a comprehensive resource area to assist FNIS in targeting its customers and marketing its E-commerce site for maximum profitability. Such Maintenance Access shall include training and technical support to FNIS personnel on the comprehensive operation of the Software, with tutorials and online tips to guide FNIS personnel through relevant procedures.
