Tree Protection Plan Clause Samples

Tree Protection Plan. A tree protection plan will be executed by DRPT to determine which vegetation and trees are anticipated to be removed or impacted by the Project.
Tree Protection Plan. CONTRACTOR will prepare a TPP detailing specific measures to protect trees during construction. CONTRACTOR will conduct tree surveys in the project impact area that include recording the tree species, trunk diameter at breast height (DBH), and GPS location of all live, CDFW jurisdictional trees sized three inches or greater at DBH that are growing within the engineer-provided impact limits. The TPP will include standard measures to be implemented prior to construction or disturbance. The TPP will also address requirements for offsetting or mitigating impacts on protected trees, such as transplanting or planting replacement trees. If requested, CONTRACTOR will create a figure displaying the jurisdictional tree locations within the proposed tree removal limits. CONTRACTOR will provide additional coordination should CDFW have questions regarding the proposed jurisdictional tree removals. This work will not be performed by a certified arborist. • Tree Protection Plan
Tree Protection Plan. The Owner shall cause a BC land surveyor to prepare a survey plan (the “Tree Protection Survey Plan”) of the areas of the Development Lands to be protected according to the tree protection plan.
Tree Protection Plan. All construction related applications must include a Tree Protection Plan that shows details of tree protection, prepared in conjunction with an arborist report or in consultation with an arborist, when protected trees are in proximity to the proposed work. All Tree Protection Plans must be legible, prepared at a usable metric scale and include the following information: • Show all existing buildings, structures, hard surfaces and all existing trees within the area of consideration (as defined in Section 2 of this document). Depending on the extent of site disturbance, trees on neighbouring properties may need to be included. Note that area of disturbance must include all areas that will be disturbed by the proposed work, including the areas required for over-dig, stockpiling, construction traffic, vehicular access and construction staging • The extent of the crown (drip line) or the extent of minimum tree protection zone TPZ (whichever is greater) of each existing tree • Proposed changes on site, including all proposed structures, services, hard surfaces and grade changes • Indicate vehicular access and construction staging areas. Areas proposed for temporary stockpiling of fill or excavated material shall be fenced with sediment control to prevent sediment runoff • Indicate location of any excavation that requires root pruning • Indicate trees proposed to be removed and/or injured • Highlight and label tree protection barriers and the proposed tree protection zones. (See Table 1 to determine size of tree protection zone. Distances are to be measured from base of tree) • The extent of proposed tree injury, where applicable. • Include a comprehensive legend See Section 6, Tree Protection Plan Notes, and Section 7, Tree Protection Plan Details, for further information.
Tree Protection Plan. The Owner shall not subdivide the Development Lands unless the Owner has caused to be prepared, by a qualified professional satisfactory to the District, a tree protection plan that includes a wind-throw and hazard tree assessment for proposed individual building lots.
Tree Protection Plan. Refer to separate proposal, Exhibit E. This task will only be engaged at the 95% design level, to include the following: a) Field evaluation/site visit to determine location of each tree possibly impacted by the Project within STA 129+00 to 135+50. b) Any trees not shown by the survey will be identified and included in this evaluation. c) Set of CAD drawings (1-2 sheets) along with electronic file in .dwg format.
