Truck Loading. Loading and Unloading of Baggage Cars or Over-the-Road Vans. Employees utilized in the loading or unloading of baggage cars or over-the-road vans, in conjunction with commercial, trade or industrial shows, road shows, sporting events, circuses, ice shows or other traveling attractions that use baggage cars or over-the-road vans for transporting equipment along with all related items and component parts which are used for or in relation to the presentation of such shows, events or attractions. Baggage cars or over-the-road vans shall be loaded or unloaded within a three (3) hour period from the employee’s reporting time. Any time worked in excess of three (3) hours shall be compensated for at the applicable hourly rate set out in the wage Section. In the event the Employer calls employees for the exclusive purpose of loading or unloading of baggage cars or over-the-road vans, such employees shall receive a minimum three (3) hour call and shall be compensated for additional hours at the applicable hourly rate. Local signatory Employers who own, rent, or lease vans, trucks, trailers, or television facility trucks who have other related businesses outside the greater Las Vegas area are exempted from the requirements of this Section. Container and truck/trailers are to have a minimum door opening of 92 inches. • Paper is received at all Quad/Graphics facilities 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and most holidays, by appointment only. • Appointments for each plant are to be made 48 hours in advance Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM through 5:00 PM. Truckloads may be directed to other Quad facilities upon arrival. • Quad/Graphics will not be responsible for reconsignment fees for distances of 10 miles or less. • When calling for an appointment, the PURCHASE ORDER is required to ensure delivery to the correct facility, and to accommodate the delivery due date, based on receiving paper 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. • When the carrier calls for an appointment, they will be given an appointment number. This number will be needed for off loading of roll stock, and will expedite unloading. • Due dates for all deliveries will be noted on Quad/Graphics Purchase Orders, or to the customer on, customer-supplied paper. Deliveries up to four calendar days prior to a specified due date will be considered acceptable. • Deliveries will be considered late if paper has not arrived on or before the specified due date. • Early delivery charges will not apply to orders less than 45,000 pounds.

1. Power — Electrical power needs will be satisfied with one 138 kV — 12.47 kV transformer from a new on-site substation. The transformer will be sized to handle the full load of the terminal. All electrical systems will be minimally designed in accordance with latest editions of NEC, IEEE, and ISA. Distribution will be from 12.47 kV pole lines to the substation / motor control center, then by 480 V / 4,160 V lines in cable trays on pipe racks to the pump pads. Battery backup will be provided for critical systems. One 2,000 kW generator will be provided for prolonged outages. Provisions for a second 2,000 kW generator will be included in the design.
2. Area Lighting — Lighting will be pole mounted floods along roads, at pump pads, on tanks, on docks and around buildings.

Truck Loading. 4.1. The West Truck Loading Facility shall be owned, operated and maintained by Service Provider.
4.2. Service Provider shall provide agreed upon truck loading and unloading services (“West Truck Loading Services”) to Service Recipient consistent with a prudent operator standard, excluding any loading and unloading services with respect to ethylene oxide.
4.3. Service Recipient’s employees shall abide by Service Provider’s environmental, health and safety policies, standards and practices while present at the West Truck Loading Facility.
4.4. The Parties shall agree a reasonable basis for determining the Service Recipient’s share of the fixed costs of West Truck Loading services, including loading and/or unloading movements and/or a loading and/or unloading time, and this shall form the basis of the Service Recipient’s capacity reservation.
4.5. The Parties shall discuss and agree operational details and procedures to assure compliance with applicable Environmental Laws.
4.6. Service Provider shall maintain a record of the Service Recipient trucks that Service Provider loads/unloads and this shall be included in the true up mechanism referred to in Section 4.7.1.3.
