Trust Relationship Clause Samples

A Trust Relationship clause establishes the legal and fiduciary connection between parties, typically designating one party (the trustee) to manage assets or interests for the benefit of another (the beneficiary). In practice, this clause outlines the trustee's duties, such as managing property, investments, or funds according to the terms set out in the agreement, and may specify reporting requirements or limitations on the trustee's authority. Its core function is to ensure that the trustee acts in the best interests of the beneficiary, providing a clear framework for accountability and the proper management of entrusted assets.
