Common use of TWO DAYS OFF Clause in Contracts

TWO DAYS OFF. The Employer will make all attempts to schedule regular and part-time employees at least two (2) consecutive days (and/or sixty [60] hours off in a seven [7] day period for twenty-four [24] hour facilities). Employee requests for split days off will be reviewed and approved/disapproved by the supervisor on an individual basis.
