This Jcurve Support Service is an annual Support Subscription on the software purchased by a customer that allows authorised users to receive Support Services including: 1) Support through an electronic ticketing system; and 2) Access to the Jcurve knowledge base and webinars of the Jcurve Support Hub 24/7.
