In those cases where the employee has met her onus with respect to proper and timely submission of the correct forms, or cases where the adjudication of the claim is delayed due to the complexity of the claim or as a result of the Company not providing the necessary information in a timely manner, the employee will receive the WCB benefit directly from the Company for a maximum of sixty (60) days or until the employee’s claim has been adjudicated, whichever comes first.
