Unauthorized Account Use Sample Clauses

Unauthorized Account Use. You are responsible for notifying us at ▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ if you become aware of any unauthorized use of or access to your account. You understand and agree that we may require you to provide information that may be used to confirm your identity and help ensure the security of your account. We will not be liable for any loss, damages, liability, expenses or attorneys’ fees that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge and/or authorization, and regardless of whether you have or have not advised us of such unauthorized use. You will be liable for losses, damages, liability, expenses and attorneys’ fees incurred by The Houuse or a third party due to someone else using your account. In the event that the Customer or anyone accessing on its behalf loses access to an account or otherwise requests information about an account, The Houuse reserves the right to request from such Customer or its representative any verification it deems necessary before restoring access to or providing information about such account in its sole discretion.
Unauthorized Account Use. Subscribers and End Users are aware that we have no access to Subscriber Account or User Account. In case of problems with unauthorized use of your Subscriber Account or User Account, you contact Microsoft Inc. directly. ECS will not be liable for any loss, damages, liability, expenses or attorneys’ fees that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge and/or authorization, and regardless of whether you have or have not advised Microsoft Inc. of such unauthorized use. However, you will be liable for losses, damages, liability, expenses and attorneys’ fees incurred by ECS or Third Party due to someone else using Subscriber Account or User Account. You will be obliged to exempt ECS from liability towards any Third Party arising from unauthorized use of Subscriber Account or User Account, in accordance with Section 13.2.

  • Unauthorized Access Using service to access, or to attempt to access without authority, the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of Company’s or a third party’s computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in disruption of service or the corruption or loss of data.

  • Unauthorized Aliens Consultant hereby promises and agrees to comply with all of the provisions of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C.A. §§ 1101, et seq., as amended, and in connection therewith, shall not employ unauthorized aliens as defined therein. Should Consultant so employ such unauthorized aliens for the performance of work and/or services covered by this Agreement, and should any liability or sanctions be imposed against City for such use of unauthorized aliens, Consultant hereby agrees to and shall reimburse City for the cost of all such liabilities or sanctions imposed, together with any and all costs, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by City.

  • Unauthorized Access Notification ▇▇▇ shall notify Provider promptly of any known unauthorized access. ▇▇▇ will assist Provider in any efforts by Provider to investigate and respond to any unauthorized access.

  • Unauthorized Absence An unauthorized absence from the work site or failure to report for duty after a leave request has been disapproved, revoked, or canceled by the appointing authority, or at the expiration of a leave, shall be without pay. Such absence may also be grounds for disciplinary action.

  • Unauthorized Work The contractor is not authorized at any time to commence task order performance prior to issuance of a signed TO or other written approval provided by the CO to begin work.
