Unauthorized Overtime Sample Clauses

The Unauthorized Overtime clause defines the rules and consequences regarding employees working overtime hours without prior approval from management. Typically, this clause states that employees must obtain explicit authorization before working beyond their scheduled hours, and any overtime worked without such approval may not be compensated or could result in disciplinary action. Its core function is to control labor costs and ensure that overtime work is managed and approved in advance, preventing unexpected payroll expenses and maintaining operational oversight.
