Common use of Union Activity on Premises Clause in Contracts

Union Activity on Premises. The Union agrees that, except as specifically provided for by the express provisions of this Agreement, there will be no Union activity on the premises of the Employer during the employees’ working hours, except by agreement with the Employer. This provision shall not apply to informal discussions during lunch periods or rest periods.
