Union Bug. The Union will provide HEU with a sample of PEA-HESU Chapter bug within sixty (60) calendar days of ratification. If HEU does not have any specific objection to the bug, then Employees who are members of PEA-HESU Chapter may put PEA-HESU Chapter bug on any document that they produce. Any dispute will be resolved through Expedited Arbitration.
