Unit Cost. Subject to the terms of a Work Authorization issued pursuant to Article 5 below (including any maximum amount to be paid as stated therein), the Authority will agree to pay the Engineer, and the Engineer will agree to accept as full and sufficient compensation and reimbursement for the performance of all Services as set forth in this Contract and the Work Authorization, an agreed upon unit price times the number of units completed for each billing. This method of payment is generally reserved for work which has a definable work product but the quantity is uncertain and the Engineer assumes the risks for all costs. Each invoice submitted shall identify the specific Contract task(s) listed in Exhibit B and the completed work product/deliverable for the agreed upon price listed in Exhibit D Fee Schedule.

Unit Cost. (a) The Unit Cost per kilometer of rural roads rehabilitated is as follows: • County roads in counties in poverty-stricken regions: US$100,000; • County roads in counties in other under-developed regions: US$75,000; • County roads in counties in other regions - mountainous counties, or other regions – coastal counties: US$37,500; • Township/village roads in counties in poverty-stricken regions: US$28,800; • Township/village roads in counties in other under-developed regions: US$25,000; • Township/village roads in counties in other regions - mountainous counties: US$18,800; • Township/village roads in counties in other regions - coastal counties: US$12,500.

Unit Cost. The Unit Cost of heat energy produced by the Contractor in order to provide the Operational Heating Service has been calculated by the Contractor on the basis of the Estimated Heat Demand as specified in Appendix 4 to this Schedule and the costs incurred by the Contractor in order to meet that demand.
