In addition, within 10 calendar days from the date of hire of negotiations unit employees, the State will provide the following contact information in a digital format agreed to by the Union: (1) name, (2) job title, (3) worksite location, (4) home address, (5) work telephone numbers, (6) any home or cellular phone number on file with the State, (7) date of hire, (8) work email address and (9) personal email address on file with the State. 3. Every month, for all unit members, the State will continue to provide to the Union, the information the State currently provides. The parties agree that the information the State currently provides for union members, the State shall also provide for nonmembers. The State and CWA will meet to discuss a protocol to address technical issues with the production of data.
