Unlimited Use of Service Clause Samples
The Unlimited Use of Service clause grants users unrestricted access to the service without limitations on usage volume, frequency, or duration. In practice, this means users can utilize all features and functionalities of the service as much as they need, whether that involves continuous data processing, multiple account logins, or high-frequency transactions. This clause ensures that users are not subject to caps or additional fees for heavy usage, thereby providing predictability and flexibility in how the service can be integrated into their operations.
Unlimited Use of Service. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Service Agreement, the VOIP service offers unlimited calling within the VOIP Service Territory for residential use subject to the following limitations. Use of the VOIP service, including for any telemarketing purposes, that results in excessive use is strictly prohibited. Provider determines excessive use according to criteria identified at its sole discretion and control, regardless of prior history. Customers that engage in excessive use will, at Provider’s discretion, be subject to immediate termination as discussed above.
Unlimited Use of Service. KwiKom offers unlimited local and domestic long distance calling for residential or business use subject to the following limitations. Use of the service, including for any telemarketing purposes, that results in excessive use is strictly limited. KwiKom determines excessive use according to criteria identified at its sole discretion and control, regardless of prior history. Subscribers that engage in excessive use will, at KwiKom’s discretion, be subject to immediate termination, or will be converted to a metered rate plan which will be subject to rates calculated as described above.
