Common use of Unsuccessful Applicants Clause in Contracts

Unsuccessful Applicants. An applicant who has been unsuccessful in obtaining any appointment may request reasons, from the department, why they were unsuccessful. Upon receipt of such a written request, within fourteen (14) calendar days, the Department will provide a brief explanation why the applicant was unsuccessful. This time limit may be extended by mutual written consent of both parties.
