Use of Common Elements Sample Clauses
The "Use of Common Elements" clause defines the rights and responsibilities of individuals or entities regarding shared areas within a property, such as lobbies, hallways, recreational facilities, or parking lots. It typically outlines who may access these spaces, any restrictions on their use, and the obligations for maintaining cleanliness or order. By clearly specifying how common areas can be used, this clause helps prevent disputes among occupants and ensures that shared spaces are used fairly and maintained properly.
