USE OF COMPANY FACILITIES. .01 The Union may use the Company mailboxes/mail folders to communicate with its members, with a copy provided to the Company. Company email may be used to distribute communications such as newsletters and updates. .02 In the case where an Employee directs internal emails to a local officer of the Union, the local officer may respond using the internal email system. Use of the email system is subject to the Company’s Computer Use and Internet Policy. .03 Upon request, a duly accredited Representative of the Union shall be permitted access to the Company’s premises to assist in the resolution of a complaint or grievance and to attend meetings called by the Company.
