USE OF COMPANY FACILITIES. 14.01 The Company may permit the Union to use the Company's premises outside the working hours of the employees for conducting meetings of their members, where refusal to grant permission would make it difficult for the Union to convene a meeting. The Union shall insure the orderly and proper conduct of its members who attend such meetings and agrees to be responsible for leaving facilities in good order after use. 14.02 At locations where office space is made available for the Union to use, NAV CANADA will facilitate access to such space for IBEW union representative(s).
