USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES. Teachers and other professional staff are prohibited from using their personal cell phone, pagers, and any other electronic devices during student contact time for personal use. All such components shall be turned to silent/vibrate during student contact time. Teachers may use their personal cell phone, pagers, and any other electronic devices before school, lunch time, planning time and after school. Communication equipment may be used during emergency situations.
USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES. Neither party will record by mechanical or electronic means any evaluation conference, any grievance, any negotiation session, or any other meetings between Board representatives, Association representatives and Association members without the knowledge and consent of the other party.
USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES. Should PROVIDER use a computer, touch screen tablet, android smart-phone or any other electronic device, indicated device must be used to deliver no less than 50% of PROVIDERS curriculum per tutoring session, as evidenced by RFA and monitoring of instructional program by ▇▇▇. A written description of how Device will be used to enhance learning is due with SES Required Document Packet due September 18, 2014.
USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES. Students are allowed to bring their own electronic devices for personal use, including cell phones, game systems, etc.. HSDB will not be responsible for damage, theft, or repairs to personal equipment. Students who bring personal cellphones are required to sign the HSDB PERSONAL CELL PHONE AGREEMENT (on next page).
USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES. XXXX electronic devices are intended for the primary purpose of carrying out XXXX related business, but may also be used for personal reasons as long as this Policy and the Internet Usage Policy are not violated. Board Members and Employees should have no expectations of privacy regarding any files and data residing on their assigned device. XXXX reserves the right to inspect files on any XXXX device at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. XXXX will provide a list of suggested software, where applicable, for the device provided. All purchases and support of software or applications (apps), not included on the equipment when delivered, is the sole responsibility of the Board Member and Employee. Sending text messages or emails via mobile devices on credit union business is also prohibited (whether or not the device is owned by the credit union). In addition, when driving for business purposes employees are required to use “hands free” technology for all phone calls (whether or not the call is related to credit union business). If an employee does not have “hands free” technology with their mobile device, they are not permitted to make or receive phone calls while driving on credit union business. Violators will be subject to discipline, up to and including discharge.

  • Electronic Devices No electronic devices that may hinder job performance or safety (especially cell phones), may be carried on employees’ person, or be used by employees during working hours.

  • Description of Electronic Delivery The Plan documents, which may include but do not necessarily include: the Plan, the Grant Notice, this Agreement, the Plan Prospectus, and any reports of the Company provided generally to the Company’s stockholders, may be delivered to the Participant electronically. In addition, the Participant may deliver electronically the Grant Notice to the Company or to such third party involved in administering the Plan as the Company may designate from time to time. Such means of electronic delivery may include but do not necessarily include the delivery of a link to a Company intranet or the Internet site of a third party involved in administering the Plan, the delivery of the document via e-mail or such other means of electronic delivery specified by the Company.

  • Electronic Access Access by the Customer to certain systems, applications or products of Bank shall be governed by this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth in Annex A Electronic Access.

  • Electronic Delivery The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to current or future participation in the Plan by electronic means. The Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.

  • ELECTRONIC WORKFLOW SYSTEM OGS reserves the right to incorporate an electronic workflow system that may include elements of the Authorized User RFQ process. OGS reserves the right to post Authorized User Contract usage of Centralized Contracts. For Lot 4 only, when provided for in the RFQ and resultant Authorized User Agreement, the Authorized Users may reimburse travel expenses. All rules and regulations associated with this travel can be found at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/agencies/travel/travel.htm. In no case will any travel reimbursement be charged that exceeds these rates. All travel will be paid only as specified within the Authorized User Agreement and must be billed with the associated services on the same Invoice with receipts attached. The Contractor shall receive prior approval from the Authorized User for any travel that occurs during the term of an Authorized User Agreement. Parking fees and/or parking tickets shall not be paid by an Authorized User. Unless otherwise specified in writing by the Authorized User, a vehicle will not be provided by Authorized User to the Contractor for travel. Therefore, the Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the Contractor has access to an appropriate vehicle (e.g., personal vehicle or rental vehicle) or common carrier with which to carry out any necessary travel. For the Contractor to obtain reimbursement for the use of a rental vehicle, such use must be justified as the most cost- effective mode of transportation under the circumstances (including consideration of the most effective use of time). The Contractor is responsible for keeping adequate records to substantiate any claims for travel reimbursement. All services provided under the resultant Authorized User Agreement must be performed within CONUS. There are no BONDS for this Contract. However, an Authorized User may require in an RFQ a performance, payment or Bid bond, or negotiable irrevocable letter of credit or other form of security for the faithful performance for the resultant Authorized User Agreement. Pursuant to New York State Executive Law Article 15-A and Parts 140-145 of Title 5 of the New York Codes, Rules and Regulations (“NYCRR”), the New York State Office of General Services (“OGS”) is required to promote opportunities for the maximum feasible participation of New York State-certified Minority- and Women-owned Business Enterprises (“MWBEs”) and the employment of minority group members and women in the performance of OGS contracts.
