Use of School. Facilities The Association and its members shall have the privilege of using school facilities for official meetings providing there is no opening/closing cost to the District. The Association agrees to abide by the Board Building Use Policy in effect as of the beginning date of this contract and to assume all costs associated with the use. The Association shall have the right to use school equipment to assist in carrying out Association business. Such equipment shall include typewriters, computers, copy machines, FAX machines, telephones, and audiovisual equipment.

Use of School. Buildings In addition to lease and sale terms (required, above, as applicable), language may be included to address the usage of school buildings by including, among other local options, provisions such as the following: Whether students will be served in their local town schools, Under what conditions students may be served in other than their local town schools (i.e., emergencies, special education services), A procedure to close a school building within a member town, including the required votes of the RSC and the member town(s), as applicable, and A method to revert a closed school or building back to the member town.   • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including computer hardware, peripherals, software, duplicating equipment, calculating machines and all types of audiovisual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. Use of school equipment to be used without charge and within reason.

  • Use of Site 4.13.1 The Contractor shall confine operations at the site to areas permitted by law, including areas designated for operations or prohibited from operations by any applicable permit and or regulation, ordinances, permits and the Contract Documents and shall not unreasonably encumber the site with any materials or equipment.

  • Use of Software Any software that is available on the Services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Red Hat and/or its licensors. Copying or reproducing the Software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited, unless such reproduction or redistribution is permitted by a license agreement accompanying such Software. You may not create derivative works of the Software, or attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the Software unless otherwise permitted by law. Use of the Software is subject to the license terms of any license agreement that may accompany or is provided with the Software. You may not download any Software until you have read and accepted the terms of the accompanying software license. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE SEPARATE LICENSE AGREEMENT ACCOMPANYING THE SOFTWARE.   • Use of School Facilities 1. The Association will have the right to use school buildings at reasonable times for meetings in accordance with Committee policy on the Use of School Facilities. The principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of all such meetings. 2. There will be one (1) bulletin board in each school building, which will be placed in the faculty lounge, for the purpose of displaying professional notices, circulars, and other Association material. Copies of all such material will be given to the building principal, but his advance approval will not be required.
