Use of the Hall. The Hirer shall not use the Hall for any purpose other than the Permitted Use. The Hirer shall not sub-hire or use the Hall or allow the Hall to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way nor do anything or bring into the Hall anything which may endanger the Hall or render invalid any insurance policies relating to the Hall.
Use of the Hall. The Responsible Person shall not use the Hall for any purpose other than that described in the Booking Form and shall not sub- hire or use the Hall or allow the Hall to be used for any unlawful purpose or in an unlawful way or bring onto the Hall anything which may endanger the same or render invalid any insurance policies in respect thereof. The Responsible Person shall ensure occupation does not commence before the Arrival Time and that all clearing up is completed and the premises vacated by the Departure Time, both as stated in the Hire Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, and notwithstanding any statement or indication to the contrary, the hire of the Hall does not include the right to park any car or other vehicle. Spaces in the adjoining car park may be used if available on a first come, first served basis only, but this is concessionary and not guaranteed or granted as a legal right.
Use of the Hall. The User(s) agree to rent the Hall on (date) from AM/PM to AM/PM (the “Rental Period”) for the sum of $ , due upon the signing of this Agreement. The Hall shall not be reserved for User’s Event until such time as the entire amount is paid in full.
Use of the Hall. 6.1 No part of the Hall is to be used for any purpose other than the Purpose of Hiring. 6.2 No part of the Hall is to be used for any purpose which is unlawful. 6.3 No animal is allowed to enter the Hall without the consent of the Venue. 6.4 The Hirer must inform the Venue if the event is open to the general public and/or if tickets are being sold for the Purpose of the Hiring as per the Booking Form.
Use of the Hall a) Application for use shall be made to the Clerk, Lambourn Parish Council. b) Lambourn Parish Council reserves the right to refuse any application received for the use of the premises, without assigning any reason. The Chairman acting alone will report his/her action to the next meeting of the Committee. c) Lambourn Parish Council reserves the right to cancel a hiring if such hiring may lead to a breach of the licensing conditions or other legal or statutory requirements. d) The hirer shall not use the premises or allow the premises to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way. e) Lambourn Parish Council shall upon giving 14 days’ notice in writing to the Hirer, have the right to cancel a booking. In this event the Committee shall refund to the Hirer any deposit or booking fee paid but shall be not liable for any other costs whatsoever incurred by either the hirer or their Agent(s). f) Lambourn Parish Council reserves the right to require the Hirer to pay a special deposit prior to hiring the Hall. The Committee will repay such deposit to the Hirer within 28 days of the termination of the period of hire, less the cost of rectifying any damage caused to the premises and/or contents thereof during the period of the hiring as a result of the hiring. g) The named, responsible adult must remain on the premises throughout the period of use. h) The maximum capacity of the Memorial Hall is 60 and must not exceed this number for Fire Emergency reasons. If more than 60 participants are expected, special conditions apply, and the hirer must contact the Clerk in advance. i) The premises will not be available on Bank Holidays except with the approval of Lambourn Parish Council. Application for such use must be made a minimum of fourteen days in advance. j) The premises must be left clean and tidy and any rubbish removed. The heating and all electrical equipment switched off. Please ensure the hobs and warming cabinet are completely cold and switched off before placing them back in the cupboards. k) Use of the Hall Projector, Screen & Speakers must be pre-booked. Remote Controls, Cables & Instructions must be returned to the secure storage after use. If any item is lost or damaged, the Hirer is responsible for repair costs or replacement. l) To protect the parquet floor, the use of tape or adhesive to secure items is prohibited. Use of the Hall a. All applications for the use of the Hall shall be made in writing to the Clerk. b. The right to refuse any application for use of the Hall facilities is reserved by Clerk in consultation with the Chairperson providing that the Clerk reports the matter at the next Ravenfield Parish Council meeting. c. All arrangements for use of the Hall’s facilities are subject to Ravenfield Parish Council reserving the right to cancel bookings.
Use of the Hall. The Renter and Guests must comply with the following. a. Food Service. No food, grease, oils, food by products or other inappropriate substances can be deposited in the Hall’s plumbing system whether through the kitchen sink, bathroom facilities or otherwise. After use of the kitchen, it must be cleaned and left in good order.
Use of the Hall. During the Hire Period, the Hirer shall: 16.1 Seek approval from the relevant Reception Officer for all equipment/furniture brought in and used by the Hirer at the Hall. 16.2 Only use the space set out in the Application Form and for the activity outlined. Any activities or events outside of those outlined may require a separate booking form and user agreement and risk assessment undertaken. 16.3 Not attempt to enter any room other than the room and areas allocated. 16.4 Agree to adhere to all other conditions of entry, rules and etiquette as displayed or advertised throughout the Room(s). 16.5 Ensure that it does not sublet any part of the Room(s). 16.6 Not permit jumping castles to be set up in or outside the Room(s). 16.7 Be aware that there is no public telephone located on the Centre. 16.8 Acknowledge that there is no storage space provided at the Centre. The Board of Management will not be held responsible for any personal items that are remaining on the premises.
