Use Period. A Clubhouse rental generally allows the Applicant access of the Clubhouse the day of rental only. Unless approved in advance by the HOA Board, all events must end and the patrons at the Clubhouse vacated by midnight. The Clubhouse must be completely cleaned and the key returned by 10:00 a.m. the next day to the Clubhouse Representative unless other arrangements are made with the Clubhouse Representative. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all doors, gates and windows of the Clubhouse must be locked when not in use.
Use Period. The use period shall consist of the periods for set-up and dismantle and for presentation of the Event (“Use Period”). The period for presentation of the Event shall commence at , on the day of , 2018, and shall terminate at , on the day of , 2022. The period for the rehearsal shall commence at , on the day of , 2022, and shall terminate at , on the day of , 2022. Use Period. This Agreement shall be in effect during regular Stillwater Regional Airport Terminal Building operating hours on Saturday, February 11, 2017 and Sunday, February 12, 2017. Use Area: Producer is granted non-exclusive right to access and use public access areas of the Stillwater Regional Airport Terminal Building and the public parking lot and public sidewalk immediately surrounding said Terminal Building. This Agreement does not grant Producer the right to use any other Stillwater Regional Airport property or any other property owned by the City of Stillwater. Alterations to and Restoration of the Premises: Producer shall not make any alterations or modifications to the Use Area without the express consent of the Stillwater Regional Airport Director. Producer agrees that if granted authorization to change, alter or rearrange any equipment, furniture, or any other items on the Premises, Producer shall return and restore said equipment, furniture and other items to its original place and condition prior to the end of the Use Period. Producer shall be solely responsible for any damages resulting from making alterations or modifications to the Use Area.
Use Period. Occupant is permitted to use the Premises as a temporary residence beginning on at AM/PM (“Check in”) until at AM/PM (“Check out”).
