User Administrators Clause Samples

The 'User Administrators' clause defines the roles and responsibilities of individuals or entities designated to manage user accounts and permissions within a system or service. Typically, this clause outlines who can be appointed as a user administrator, what authority they have—such as creating, modifying, or deleting user accounts—and any limitations on their actions. By clearly establishing these parameters, the clause ensures proper oversight and accountability for user management, reducing the risk of unauthorized access and maintaining system security.
