User Covenants. User covenants and agrees as follows:
a. To procure any licenses and permits required for any use made of the Leased Space by User, and upon the expiration or termination of this Lease, to remove its management of the Leased Space;
b. To permit Provider and its agents to examine the Leased Space at reasonable times, provided that Provider shall not thereby unreasonably interfere with the conduct of User's business;
c. To permit Provider to enter the Leased Space to inspect such repairs, improvements, alterations or additions thereto as may be required under the provisions of this Lease. If, as a result of such repairs, improvements, alterations, or additions, User is deprived of the use of the Leased Space, the Rental fee shall be abated or adjusted, as the case may be, in proportion to that time during which, and to that portion of the Leased Space of which, User shall be deprived as a result thereof.

2.2. User acknowledges and accepts that ▇▇▇▇▇ Power will provide oversight and instruction with respect to the safe use and operation of the Facility and Equipment (“Safety Oversight and Instruction”) and User covenants that it will comply with all Safety Oversight and Instruction.
2.3. User covenants that it will use the Facility and Equipment safely and with the due care and diligence expected of emergency response personnel and will immediately cease use of the Facility or any Equipment or performance of any activities ▇▇▇▇▇ Power deems not to be in compliance with applicable law or ▇▇▇▇▇ Power safety rules and procedures.
2.4. User covenants that it will provide to and require its Personnel to wear all necessary personal protective equipment (“PPE”) while at the Facility. Additionally, at ▇▇▇▇▇ Power’s request, User will require its Personnel to wear any additional PPE provided by ▇▇▇▇▇ Power. User accepts that failure of is Personnel to wear PPE, whether provided by User or ▇▇▇▇▇ Power, entitles ▇▇▇▇▇ Power to prohibit User or its Personnel from using the Facility.
2.5. User covenants that it has obtained all required Workplace Safety and Insurance Board coverages and has paid all necessary premiums. Upon request, User will provide ▇▇▇▇▇ Power with clearance certificates seven (7) days prior to use of the Facility.

I. Register with the Platform, setting up an account (the “User Account”).
II. Provide information that is truthful, valid, and precise (the “Registry Information”).
III. Keep the Registry Information updated. Tutors On Demand reserves the right to: request, at any time, specific information or documentation of the Users with the purpose of verifying the truthfulness and validity of the Registry Information; and temporarily suspend User Accounts where Registry Information could not be corroborated, or those accounts that, at Tutors On Demand’s judgment, are deemed to be created with fraudulent purposes.
IV. Keep their password private; in not doing so, the User will assume any damages and/or loss of profits that could derive from misuse.
V. Legally use the Platform according to applicable legislation, generally accepted moral codes, norms of good behavior, and public order.
