User Feedback. Upwork will own and have a royalty-free right to exploit any feedback, insights, and suggestions provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to Upwork concerning the functionality, features, and performance of the Platform, including without limitation the identification of errors or bugs or any suggested fixes or workarounds, improvements, modifications, or enhancements (“User Feedback”). Subscriber agrees that its provision of any User Feedback will be gratuitous, non-confidential, unrestricted, and made without any right to receive any compensation in return.

For example, the Licensor will keep in the strictest confidence process model applications and application files of the HSC Modules that the Licensee gives the Licensor and specifies as “Confidential”.

User Feedback. Upon Harvard’s request, Service Provider shall notify Harvard of accessibility complaints from users of the Deliverables. Upon Harvard’s request, Service Provider shall incorporate into the Deliverables a method by which users may contact knowledgeable persons to report difficulties accessing or using the Deliverables and to direct comments, questions, and complaints regarding accessibility. Service Provider shall resolve all accessibility complaints that describe Non-Conformance with the same level of priority as remedying any equivalent loss of function for individuals without disabilities.

User Feedback. User may voluntarily provide comments, suggestions, enhancement or modification requests, recommendations, proposals, ideas, and other feedback relating to the Onity AI or otherwise (collectively, “Feedback”). User hereby assigns to Onity (and shall cause its employees, contractors, and agents to assign to Onity) all right, title, and interest in, and Onity is free to use, without any attribution or compensation to any party, any Feedback and intellectual property rights contained in the Feedback, for any purpose whatsoever, whether or not the Feedback was provided at Onity’s request. Onity is not required to hold any Feedback in confidence, pay compensation for any Feedback, implement or use any Feedback, or respond to any Feedback.

User Feedback. 5.1. If You provide ActiveState with feedback about the ActiveState Platform You consent to us using Your feedback without restriction or any obligation to You. 5.2. You consent to ActiveState's right and legitimate interest to collect, use, store, or process anonymized data related to Your access and use of the ActiveState Platform. Any personally identifiable information that You submit to ActiveState for the purpose of this Trial Period is subject to ActiveState’s Privacy Policy. 5.3. ActiveState is not liable for any loss of User Data or User Platform Content and is not responsible for any actions you take with respect to Your User Data User Platform Content, including sharing it publicly. You are solely responsible and liable for complying with all conditions stipulated in our Acceptable Use provision in the FTOS, and You must ensure that You have all the rights and permissions needed to that User Data and User Platform Content with the ActiveState Platform.

User Feedback. Should any User respond to Kyäni with information including feedback, such as questions, requests, opinions, comments, suggestions, or the like regarding the content of any Kyäni document, the Web, or any related services, such information shall be deemed to be non- confidential and ▇▇▇▇▇ shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to others without limitation. Kyäni shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products incorporating such information. In the event Kyäni elects to do so, the User shall not be entitled to any fee or compensation for such information, technique or idea.
