Common use of Vaccine Requirement Clause in Contracts

Vaccine Requirement. All employees and students, all employees and subcontractors of the Contractor who are assigned to this Contract, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Any Contractor employee or subcontractor who is not fully vaccinated, must follow a weekly testing protocol as established by the Contractor unless exempt pursuant to a valid reasonable accommodation under state of federal law. During the Contract Term, the Contract certifies that it will comply with this provision and will ensure that its subcontractors, if any, will as well.
