VALIDITY OF TENDER. The tender shall be valid for a period of 180 days from the date of opening of the tender. • No representation for the enhancement of the prices of the accepted tender or alteration of the terms and conditions will be entertained till supplies are completed.

VALIDITY OF TENDER. The tender shall be valid for one year from the date of award of the tender unless short closed before that by the Medical Superintendent. However, the Medical Superintendent on his discretion can also extend the period for further one year on the same terms & conditions.
VALIDITY OF TENDER. 4.9.1 Tenders shall remain valid for at least 120 (one hundred and twenty) days after date of tender opening. Any tender valid for a shorter period shall be rejected by NCPB as non-responsive. 4.9.2 In exceptional circumstances, the Procuring entity may solicit the Tenderer’s consent to an extension of the period of validity. The request and the responses thereto shall be made in writing. The tender security provided under paragraph 1.3 shall also be suitably extended. A tenderer may refuse the request without forfeiting its tender security. A tenderer granting the request will neither be required nor permitted to modify its tender.
VALIDITY OF TENDER. The Tender along with the prices shall remain valid initially for a period of 90 (Ninety) days from the date of opening of Part I of tender and the Tenderer/s shall not cancel or withdraw the tender during this period. The validity period may be further extended by mutual agreement in writing by the Tenderer/s and the Bank. Such withdrawal/cancellation during the initial validity period of ninety days or the mutually agreed extended period shall lead to forfeiture of the EMD by the Bank.

However, the Company reserves the right to negotiate for revision of rates downwards if the Company feels that rates so received are on the higher side. v) If a tenderer happens to be the dealer / private godown operator of NFL and comes to the stage of award of contract and if such a contractor does not follow the instructions given by dealing officials or engages in any unlawful act then NFL reserves the right to terminate the contract and the dealership of such a tenderer / contract of PG. vi) If a tenderer resorts to any frivolous, malicious or baseless complaints / allegations with an intent to hamper or delay the tendering process or resorts to canvassing / rigging / influencing the tendering process, NFL reserves the right to debar such tenderer from participation in the present / future tenders up to a period of two years.
VALIDITY OF TENDER. Tenders shall remain valid and open for acceptance for a period (validity of tender) as mentioned in NIT. If the tenderer withdraws his / her offer during the validity period or makes modifications in his/her original offer which are not acceptable to the Bank, without prejudice to any other right or remedy, the Bank shall be at liberty to forfeit the EMD.
VALIDITY OF TENDER. The offer should remain valid for a minimum period of 6 (six) months from the due date of submission of tender. The Tenderers shall not be allowed to increase, amend or withdraw his tender within this period and if he does so the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ money deposit and security deposit may be forfeited. If required, the Corporation may request the Tenderer to extend the bid validity period. The request and responses thereto shall be made in writing. If a tenderer accepts to extend the period of validity of bid, the BG submitted towards EMD will also be extended for a further period of 90 days beyond the extended period of validity of offer failing which the validity extension given by the Tenderer (as submitted in validity extension letter) shall not be considered. A Tenderer may refuse the request without forfeiture of his EMD. The tenderer accepting such request shall not modify their bid on their own.
