The Vehicle Coverage clause defines the scope and extent of insurance or protection provided for vehicles under an agreement. Vehicle Coverage. If an employee’s vehicle is vandalized (purposefully damaged by another party or Parties) while on the property of the District, the employee will be reimbursed for the damage to the vehicle when it is determined that the vandalism occurred on District property. Such determination may be made by a School Police Supervisor, witness testimony or apprehension of the person(s) responsible for the damage.

Vehicle Coverage. (a) Included Vehicles: Subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, the Program covers any passenger vehicle (up to 6,000 lbs or 2,721 kg) that is driven legally by the Member for personal use and which can be serviced with one standard duty passenger vehicle tow truck.
(b) Excluded Vehicles: All other vehicles may be deemed to be excluded vehicles by DAA, in its sole discretion. Without limiting the scope of the forgoing, the following types of vehicles are excluded from coverage under the Program: any vehicle that is loaded or altered in such a manner that the tow truck operator, in its sole discretion, deems that it cannot be serviced in its current state, all recreational vehicles of any kind, motorcycles, off-road vehicles, all commercial vehicles of any kind including but not limited to taxis and limousines, unattended or unlicensed vehicles, any type of vehicle located in an Excluded Service Area and any vehicle which has received service for the same mechanical issue three (3) times in any calendar year and the service request pertains to the same mechanical issue in the same calendar year. As more specifically provided in the Termination Agreement, this Agreement shall supersede and replace the Existing Affinity Agreements and Existing Camping World Agreements in all respects and the term of each of the Existing Affinity Agreements and Existing Camping World Agreements shall be deemed to have expired at the Effective Time. The parties agree, from time to time upon the request of any other party, to take such action, including delivery of documents or certificates, as is reasonably necessary to evidence the termination of the Existing Affinity Agreements and Existing Camping World Agreements and the parties agree to waive any and all terms and conditions that may have otherwise survived a termination of the Existing Affinity Agreements and Existing Camping World Agreements. Notwithstanding the foregoing and as more specifically set forth under Sections VIII.3 and VIII.4 below, this Agreement shall apply to all policies in effect at the Effective Time under the Existing Affinity Agreements (the “Existing Affinity Policies”) and all policies in effect at the Effective Time under the Existing Camping World Agreements (the “Existing Camping World Policies”).
Vehicle Coverage. The Employer, in the event of an accident while an employee is using his vehicle on Employer’s business or in the event of vandalism to an employee’s vehicle while it is parked on District property, will be responsible to pay the deductible portion of the insurance coverage. Such payment not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00) per accident or three hundred dollars ($300.00) per vandalism incident. Any accident or vandalism occurring to an employee's vehicle in such circumstances as aforementioned must be reported immediately to his Supervisor and proper accident forms completed through his Supervisor's office. The employee will be reimbursed for the costs as noted upon submission by the employee of a copy of the accident report filed with the police or I.C.B.C., and provided the accident or vandalism did not arise out of the employee's own gross negligence. In the event of vandalism the employee will meet with his supervisor to discuss ways or methods of preventing further occurrences.

Vehicle Coverage. The Car Rental Company will rent vehicles with third-party liability coverage with a maximum limit of three hundred and fifty thousand pesos 00/100 m.n. ($350,000). In the event of an accident, the lessee will be responsible for paying the expenses generated by the accident, including, where appropriate, the deductible of the coverage and any other expenses arising from the incident and that exceed the amount of the existing coverage or that is not covered by it. This liability will be maintained as long as the rented vehicle is available to the lessee. It is the responsibility of the Car Rental Company to inform the Lessee of the terms and conditions in which the coverage will operate, however, during the lease, the Lessee will be responsible for damages to third parties, as well as for damages to persons or things that travel inside the vehicle, so the lessee is required to inform the Car Rental Company of any fact previously described, of the theft of the vehicle or any other incident immediately as soon as they become aware of the fact. The Car Rental Company may offer the lessee additional protection coverages including protection against theft of the rented vehicle, damage to the rented vehicle, increase in the amount of civil liability or any other that is deemed relevant. In the event of failure to accept any of these coverages, the lessee will be liable before the Car Rental Company for the theft of the vehicle, for any damage suffered by the rented vehicle or for any civil or criminal liability that may arise due to the rental of the vehicle. The Annex contains the coverages offered to the lessee, the amount thereof and those that the lessee decides to accept. |
Vehicle Coverage. Except for MAT Paratransit, and MAT Non-revenue Vehicles leased by Fargo from Moorhead, each party will obtain casualty, liability, bodily injury, collision and comprehensive insurance for buses and equipment owned by each party in the MAT fleet.
