Vehicle Ownership. The Lessee acknowledges that property and/or rights in each vehicle rest with the State Fleet and agree not to part with possession of the vehicle or encumber the vehicle in any way. Lessees are expected to return vehicles for disposal to meet the Vehicle Return Standard (outlined in Attachment 2). This includes any equipment that may have been fitted to the vehicle when purchased. Any vehicle returned that does not meet the Vehicle Return Standard will be repaired at the cost of the Lessee to the extent that the refurbishment expense is warranted. This includes replacing any missing equipment or accessories. In unusual circumstances the level of repair may be negotiated with State Fleet.

Vehicle Ownership. 3.1 All Vehicles including all accessories, equipment, spare tyres, keys, registration documents and tools shall at all times remain the sole property of Car Club. 3.2 Member shall not transfer, dispose of, sub-let or in any way part with possession of the Vehicle except as permitted by Car Club. Member shall not create any lien over or pledge the Vehicle in favour of any person or allow any person to have any interest over Vehicle.

Vehicle Ownership. By using the Device, you agree that: (1) you are the legal, authorized owner or operator, or lessee of the vehicle and have the right to enroll the vehicle in the Pilot; (2) you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the Device until it is returned to us; (3) you agree to inform anyone you permit to drive the vehicle about the proper use of this installed Device and that Transurban or other authorized parties will have access to their driving behavior data; (4) you agree to ensure that the Device is not used for fraudulent or abusive purposes or in any way that risks damage to us or our business or reputation; and (5) when you terminate the Pilot, you agree to send the Device back to us according to the return instructions provided by Transurban. Vehicle Ownership. In accordance with S. C. Code ▇▇▇. § 1-11-310, all state motor vehicles are titled to the State of South Carolina and all vehicles leased by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ are managed by Lessor. Lessor will pay all costs associated with license plate renewals, where applicable. Lessee has no right to the title, proceeds from the sale, or any other interest in any vehicle leased from Lessor.

Vehicle Ownership. The HIRER acknowledges that Taste of Freedom Ltd retains the rights and ownership of the vehicle and exchange of monies for possession of the vehicle if for rental purposes and for a limited time only. Privacy; General Terms of Use‌‌‌‌‌ You acknowledge and agree that by participating in the Study your name and the shipping address you provide may be shared with third parties directly involved with the Study for the sole purpose of carrying out the Study and in compliance with our privacy policy. These third parties include, but are not limited to, the Sponsor and its affiliates, our Device supplier, and our shipping and logistics contractor. For the avoidance doubt, Exhibit B is provided as a courtesy and the version available at the aforementioned url governs. To extent there is a conflict between these Terms and the privacy policy, these Terms shall govern. Transurban Device Data Collection There are 3 types of Mileage Reporting Options used in the Study to allow Participants to choose one that best fits their preferences and needs. Each option varies in the method and data collected as outlined below.

Vehicle Ownership. Owner shall at all times during the Rental Period retain ownership and title to the Vehicle. Driver shall immediately notify Owner in the event the Vehicle is levied, has a lien attached or is threatened with lien and/or seizure as a result of Driver’s action, inaction, possession, or use of the Vehicle. Driver shall indemnify and hold Owner harmless against any and all losses and/or damages caused by such action or inaction.
