Vendor Assessments Sample Clauses

Vendor Assessments refers to the Ohio Department of Education approved assessments. If used by the District, must be included as one of the multiple measurers of student growth. Assessment utilized must be included when calculating the fifty percent (50%) attributed to student growth measurers.
Vendor Assessments. Student assessments approved by the Ohio Department of Education that measure mastery of the course content for the appropriate grade level, which may include nationally normed standardized assessments, industry certification exams, or end-of-course examinations for grade level and subjects for which the Value-Added measure does not apply.
Vendor Assessments. 1. When utilizing vendor assessments, all affected teachers shall be trained on the utilization of the assessment program, including how to analyze the data to inform instruction. 2. Upon request from either the Association President or the Superintendent, an assessment of Vendor Assessments shall occur in May of each school year. The Evaluation Committee will complete the assessment.
Vendor Assessments. When utilizing vendor assessments to construct HQSD, all related teaching, student, and other educational materials shall be purchased, and all affected staff shall be trained on utilization of the assessment program. Vendor Assessments. The evaluation committee shall approve the utilization of State approved vendor assessments as an SGM prior to implementation. The district shall make training on the selected vendor assessment available to the staff prior to implementation.
Vendor Assessments. Coinbase may use affiliates and third-party vendors to provide the Services. Coinbase carries out a risk-based assessment of prospective vendors before working with those vendors to validate that prospective vendors meet Coinbase’s security requirements. Coinbase periodically reviews each vendor in light of Coinbase’s security and business continuity standards, including the type of access and classification of data being accessed (if any), controls necessary to protect data, and legal/regulatory requirements. Coinbase ensures that customer data is returned and/or deleted at the end of a vendor relationship.

  • Risk Assessments a. Risk Assessment - DST shall, at least annually, perform risk assessments that are designed to identify material threats (both internal and external) against Fund Data, the likelihood of those threats Schedule 10.2 p.2 occurring and the impact of those threats upon DST organization to evaluate and analyze the appropriate level of information security safeguards (“Risk Assessments”). b. Risk Mitigation - DST shall use commercially reasonable efforts to manage, control and remediate threats identified in the Risk Assessments that it believes are likely to result in material unauthorized access, copying, use, processing, disclosure, alteration, transfer, loss or destruction of Fund Data, consistent with the Objective, and commensurate with the sensitivity of the Fund Data and the complexity and scope of the activities of DST pursuant to the Agreement. c. DST shall have a process to review and evaluate high risk findings resulting from this testing.

  • Ergonomic Assessments At the request of the employee, the College will ensure that an ergonomic assessment of the employee’s work station is completed by a person trained by the Department of Labor and Industries or comparable trainer to conduct ergonomic assessments. Solutions to identified issues/concerns will be implemented within available resources.

  • Impact Assessments 5.1 The Parties shall: (a) provide all reasonable assistance to the each other to prepare any data protection impact assessment as may be required (including provision of detailed information and assessments in relation to Processing operations, risks and measures); and (b) maintain full and complete records of all Processing carried out in respect of the Personal Data in connection with the contract, in accordance with the terms of Article 30 GDPR.

  • Security Assessments Upon advance written notice by the JBE, Contractor agrees that the JBE shall have reasonable access to Contractor’s operational documentation, records, logs, and databases that relate to data security and the Contractor’s Information Security Program. Upon the JBE’s request, Contractor shall, at its expense, perform, or cause to have performed an assessment of Contractor’s compliance with its privacy and data security obligations. Contractor shall provide to the JBE the results, including any findings and recommendations made by Contractor’s assessors, of such assessment, and, at its expense, take any corrective actions.

  • Environmental Assessments Foreclose on or take a deed or title to any commercial real estate without first conducting a Phase I environmental assessment of the property or foreclose on any commercial real estate if such environmental assessment indicates the presence of a Hazardous Substance in amounts which, if such foreclosure were to occur, would be material.
