Common use of Voluntary Assignment Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Assignment. Lessee shall not assign or transfer this Lease agreement, or any interest in this Lease agreement, without the prior, express, and written consent of County. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be void and of no effect and shall, at the option of County, terminate this Lease agreement.
