Voluntary quitting Clause Samples

Voluntary quitting. Failure to report back for work no later than the beginning of the next work week following the conclusion or termination of a sick leave, with or without pay, shall be deemed to constitute a voluntary quitting.
Voluntary quitting. Failure to report to the Employer within twenty- four (24) hours of his absence from work, without good cause.
