Wages and Salary Clause Samples
The 'Wages and Salary' clause defines the compensation terms for employees, specifying the amount and frequency of payment for work performed. It typically outlines whether pay is hourly, salaried, or based on commission, and may address overtime rates, pay periods, and any deductions.
