Wash Time Sample Clauses

Wash Time. The Company shall provide sufficient facilities for washing and five (5) minutes shall be allowed before lunch and before finishing time to enable Employees to wash and put away gear.
Wash Time. A Department Director, with the concurrence of the affected employee, may arrange for that employee to take such time off at straight time as is necessary to ensure that the employee's actual time worked does not exceed forty (40) hours within a given workweek.

Wash Time. Each employee shall be entitled to take the last 15 minutes of each shift as shower time. Wash time shall count as ordinary time worked unless it is already on overtime, which will be paid as overtime.
Wash Time. Where the Employer determines that there is a clear-cut need, employees in the Operational Services and Labour, and Trades occupational groups, may be permitted paid wash-up time to a maximum of ten minutes at the conclusion of each shift. In unusual circumstances, this period may be extended by the Employer to a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes.

  • WASH-UP TIME Where the Employer determines that due to the nature of the work there is a clear cut need, wash-up time up to a maximum of ten (10) minutes will be permitted before the end of the working day, or immediately following and contiguous to the working day.

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • Flex Time Agencies shall, where practicable, establish flex time work schedules for their employees. Such flex time work schedules shall guarantee the Employer's ability to provide services, to meet all workload demands as defined by the Employer, and to the extent practicable, meet employees' personal scheduling preferences. Approval of such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer. In some circumstances, transactions may be delayed for risk or compliance reasons.
