WEB COMMERCE Clause Samples

The WEB COMMERCE clause defines the terms and conditions governing online commercial transactions conducted through a website or digital platform. It typically outlines the responsibilities of both the service provider and the customer regarding the purchase, sale, or delivery of goods and services online, including payment methods, order processing, and digital security measures. By establishing clear rules for web-based transactions, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings, ensures compliance with relevant laws, and protects both parties from potential disputes related to e-commerce activities.
