Weekly Duties. Workshop Crib Room (Tuesday, Thursday)

Weekly Duties. Each of the following duties and services shall be checked and preformed weekly or as required. • Thoroughly clean both sides of all doors. • Wipe down and polish woodwork in Boardrooms and other meeting rooms. • Clean and polish stairway balusters and handrails, kick plates, push plates, push bars, and all building hardware with an approved non-acid polish. • NOTE: Do not use an excessive amount of water while scrubbing floors, as it may lift tiles. Tile replacements due to negligence of this sort will be the responsibility of the Supplier. • Upholstered furniture to be vacuum cleaned. Leather or vinyl upholstered furniture to be dusted, damp wiped, and polished. • Vertical surfaces of walls, lockers, file cabinets, etc. are to be kept free of fingerprints.

Weekly Duties. Restrooms. 1. Dust all low and high reach areas including, but not limited to, structural ledges, mirror tops, partition tops and edges, air conditioning diffusers and return air grilles. 2. Dust all high precast ledges within interior lobby.

Weekly Duties. All furniture dusted completely - tops of desks, tables, credenzas, etc., should be free of all work papers, folders, etc.

Weekly Duties. 1. Spot wash all non-floor surfaces of all non-passenger elevators, as needed. 2. Spot wash all freight elevator vestibule doors including frames, hardware and thresholds, interior and exterior. 3. Shampoo/steam clean/extract elevator carpets.

Weekly Duties. 1. Clean and refinish all resilient or composition floors with slip resistant finish. 2. Mechanical areas serviced under specific direction of chief engineer, limited to sweeping, dusting and wet mopping. 3. Damp mop all resilient or composition floors with slip resistant finish. 4. High dusting of these including all pipes, ducts, conduit, ventilating diffusers and grilles and mechanical, electrical equipment exposes beneath the suspended ceiling outside of the mechanical equipment rooms – quarterly.

Wipe clean all tables and vinyl chairs 3.2 All Rooms 1. Spot clean and remove marks from all walls, doors, light switches, power points, furniture and fittings (not toilets - see above) 2. Thoroughly vacuum clean all fabric upholstered chairs 3. Wash clean all wastepaper and food containers
