Weekly Rate of Pay Clause Samples

The Weekly Rate of Pay clause defines the amount an employee or contractor will be compensated for each week of work. It typically specifies the fixed sum to be paid on a weekly basis, regardless of the number of hours worked, or may outline conditions under which the weekly rate applies, such as full-time status or completion of certain tasks. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of payment expectations, reducing the risk of disputes over compensation and providing financial predictability.
Weekly Rate of Pay. The weekly rate of pay referred to in the above clauses shall be the weekly rate of pay to which the employee is entitled for his or her substantive position on the date of the termination of his or her employment.
Weekly Rate of Pay. (i) For a full-time employee the weekly rate of pay referred to in Clause 21.03 (c) (i) and (ii) shall be the weekly rate of pay to which she is entitled for the classification prescribed in her certificate of appointment on the day immediately preceding the commencement of the maternity leave. Weekly Rate of Pay. (1) In respect of the period of parental leave taken by an employee who has not taken maternity leave, parental leave allowance payments will be equivalent to 93% of the employee’s weekly rate of pay for the first two weeks and for an additional 15 weeks, payments equivalent to the different between the employment insurance benefit the employee is eligible to receive and 93% of the employee’s weekly rate of pay. In respect of the period of parental leave taken by an employee who has taken maternity leave, parental leave allowance payments will be equivalent to the difference between the employment insurance benefit the employee is eligible to receive and 93% of the employee’s weekly rate of pay for 17 weeks.

For up to a maximum of an additional 15 weeks, payments equivalent to the difference between the employment insurance benefits the employee is eligible to receive and 93% of the employee’s weekly rate of pay. Where an employee has received the full fifteen (15) weeks of maternity benefit under the employment insurance and thereafter remains on maternity leave without pay, she is eligible to receive further maternity allowance for a period of one (1) week, equivalent to ninety three percent (93%) of her weekly rate of pay for each week, less any other monies earned during this period.
Weekly Rate of Pay. The weekly rate of pay for a Teacher will be determined by dividing the annual rate of pay by 52.18.

  • Rate of Pay a. An Employee who is employed as a TTOC shall be paid 1/189 of their category classification and experience, to a maximum of the rate at Category 5 Step 8, for each full day worked.

If there is no such rate the employee shall be paid the maximum rate in his new scale. 44.3.2 Where an employee who is being paid Acting Pay is promoted to the position for which the employee is receiving Acting Pay, he shall be paid in that position at the rate at which the employee was being paid Acting Pay and the employee's first pay increment in that position shall become due on the date on which it would have become due as if the employee had been promoted to that position on the date on which he was most recently authorized to receive Acting Pay in that position.

  • Date of Payment Should the principal of or interest on the Notes become due and payable on other than a Business Day, the maturity thereof shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day and in the case of principal, interest shall be payable thereon at the rate per annum specified in the Notes during such extension.
