Where Your. Residential Unit is separately metered for utility services, including (without limitation) electricity, gas, telephone/tolls, and water charges, you shall be solely liable to pay all charges for utilities consumed in respect of your Residential Unit and we will have no responsibility to meet any of these charges on your behalf.
