Common use of Work of the Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Work of the Bargaining Unit. Persons whose jobs are not in the bargaining unit shall not work on any jobs which are included in the bargaining unit, except for the purposes of instruction, experimenting, or in emergencies, and provided that the performance of the aforementioned operations, in itself, does not reduce the hours of work or pay of any employee.

Persons whose jobs are not in the bargaining unit shall not work on any jobs which are included in the bargaining unit, except for the for: (a) The purposes of instruction, experimenting, instruction or in emergencies, experimenting with prior mutual agreement; and (b) Emergencies when regular Employees are not available and provided always providing that the performance act of the aforementioned operations, in itself, performing such operations does not reduce the normal hours of work or pay of any employeeEmployee.
