Work Patterns. 8.3.1 An employee participating in phased retirement shall remain in the same work pattern as at the time of application. 8.3.2 Workload shall be assigned as per Pattern A or Pattern B as specified in Article 7.4. 8.3.3 Workload shall be assigned by consultation between the Chair, or where appropriate, the Vice-President, Student Affairs and Campus Life or designate, and the full-time members of the academic unit, following consultation with the ▇▇▇▇.
